1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Perpy. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and that your use of this app complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The app is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, recovery phrase, and private keys. Perpy cannot recover lost wallets or private keys. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including trades placed by the agent wallet acting on your behalf.
3. Trading Risks
Cryptocurrency perpetual futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You may lose your entire deposited capital. Perpy provides tools to interact with the Hyperliquid protocol but does not guarantee execution, pricing, or the availability of any market.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing in Perpy — including AI-generated signals, whale radar data, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You make all trading decisions at your own discretion and risk.
5. Intellectual Property
Perpy and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of Perpy's developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. On termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Funds held on the Hyperliquid protocol remain accessible through the protocol directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perpy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or the Hyperliquid protocol. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against Perpy.
